the student group of medico friend circle at mahatma gandhi institute of medical science,sevagam,wardha.
it is journey of 33 years i.e. from 1978 to 2011.the book is divided into five parts. first part portrays the
initial growth of community health insurance scheme.second part describes the evolution and growth of
heath assurance scheme.part three explains how the model of development which evolved in the course
of time led to the prosperity and material development of village and goal of people organisation can be
achieved through various development programs based on felt needs of people.fourth part describes the
self reliance in clothing,agriculture and financial matter .
